Writing for yourself is a quiet act of attention. It allows half-formed thoughts, unspoken feelings, and inner contradictions to surface without judgment. In a world that rewards noise and speed, putting words on a page slows time and gives shape to what would otherwise remain unnamed.

Escribir para uno mismo es un acto silencioso de atención. Permite que pensamientos a medio formar, emociones no expresadas y contradicciones internas salgan a la superficie sin juicio. En un mundo que premia el ruido y la velocidad, poner palabras en el papel ralentiza el tiempo y da forma a aquello que, de otro modo, permanecería sin nombre.
